Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Schengen Calculator 90/180 mobile application (the "App") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App, provided by Vitaliy Golubenko ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us"), helps users monitor their stay allowance under the Schengen Area 90/180-day rule. The App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

  • Free Trial. The App offers a complimentary seven-(7)-day trial beginning on first launch.
  • Subscription.Continued access after the trial requires an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.
  • Billing. The applicable price and billing interval are displayed in the App Store before purchase. Apple handles all payments and refunds.
  • Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.

5. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the App on an iOS or iPadOS device you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others;
  • Interfere with or circumvent security-related features of the App.

7. Privacy

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App's calculations are always accurate or that use of the App will ensure compliance with immigration rules. Always verify your travel plans with official sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
